These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the KopiBank mobile application ("App") operated by PrimeCore Technologies ("we", "our", or "us"). Please read these Terms carefully before using the App.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using KopiBank, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.
2. Use of the App
KopiBank is intended for personal finance management purposes only. You agree to use the app in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- You must be at least 13 years old to use KopiBank
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
- You agree not to misuse or attempt to exploit the app
- You agree not to reverse engineer or copy any part of the app
3. User Accounts
To use KopiBank, you must create an account using your email address, Apple ID, or Google account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Please keep your login credentials secure and notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.
4. Subscriptions & Payments
KopiBank offers the following paid plans:
- Premium — SGD $12.98 (one-time purchase, lifetime access)
- Pro Yearly — SGD $19.98 per year
5. Refund Policy
All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store. Refund requests are subject to Apple's refund policy. We do not process refunds directly. To request a refund, please contact Apple Support or visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
6. Cancellation
You may cancel your Pro Yearly subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused subscription time.
7. Data & Privacy
Your use of KopiBank is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Service by reference. By using the app, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
KopiBank is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of security vulnerabilities. Financial data entered into the app is user-provided and we are not responsible for any financial decisions made based on app data.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PrimeCore Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of KopiBank, including but not limited to loss of data or financial loss.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via the app or email. Continued use of KopiBank after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
