End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and PrimeCore Technologies governing your use of the KopiBank mobile application. Please read this agreement carefully before using the App.
1. Acceptance of License
By downloading, installing, or using KopiBank ('the App'), you agree to be bound by this End User License Agreement ('EULA'). If you do not agree to these terms, do not download or use the App.
2. License Grant
PrimeCore Technologies grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use KopiBank on any Apple-branded device that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with this EULA.
3. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions
KopiBank offers the following paid plans:
- KopiBank Premium — SGD $12.98 (one-time purchase). Unlocks unlimited categories, custom icons, spending reports, up to 3 savings goals, weekly digest, and full expense history.
- KopiBank Pro — SGD $19.98 per year (auto-renewable subscription). Includes everything in Premium plus CPF tracker, unlimited savings goals, AI spending insights, PDF/Excel export, custom app theme, and more.
Auto-Renewable Subscription Terms
· Title: KopiBank Pro · Length: 1 year · Price: SGD $19.98/year
· Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
· Subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
· Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
· You can manage and cancel your subscription in your Apple ID Account Settings.
· Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when a subscription is purchased.
4. Restrictions
You agree not to:
- Copy, modify, or distribute the App or any portion thereof
- Reverse engineer, disassemble, or decompile the App
- Rent, lease, lend, sell, or sublicense the App
- Use the App for any unlawful or unauthorised purpose
- Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on the App
5. Intellectual Property
The App and all content, features, and functionality are owned by PrimeCore Technologies and are protected by Singapore and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. This EULA does not grant you any rights to use PrimeCore Technologies' trademarks, logos, or brand features.
6. Privacy Policy
Your use of KopiBank is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at https://primecoretechnologies.com.sg/kopibank/privacy, which is incorporated into this EULA by reference. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
KopiBank is provided 'as is' and 'as available' without warranty of any kind. PrimeCore Technologies expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including without limitation any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. The App is for personal budgeting purposes only and does not constitute financial advice.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PrimeCore Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of or inability to use the App.
9. Termination
This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete all copies from your devices.
10. Updates & Changes
PrimeCore Technologies may update the App and this EULA from time to time. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised EULA. We will notify users of material changes via the App or email.
11. Third-Party Services
KopiBank uses third-party services including Supabase (data storage) and RevenueCat (purchase management). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
12. Governing Law
This EULA is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under this EULA shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
